TASTINGS
Exclusive wines
I select wines from small French estates, chosen for their authenticity and character.
Each vintage tells a story: a terroir, a savoir-faire, a personality.
Elegant, surprising, or indulgent wines, always designed to complement cheese and create moments of true sharing.
Artisanal cheeses
A selection of French cheeses carefully paired with the wines tasted. At least six varieties per tasting: creamy, mature, strong, goat’s milk, or blue…
Each cheese is chosen to reveal the aromas of the wine and offer a subtle balance between texture, intensity, and pleasure.
Charcuterie & extras
To complete the experience, a selection of fine charcuterie and gourmet accompaniments: breads, tapenades, dried fruits, chutneys… Simple and generous flavors that enhance the pairings without overpowering them. A tasting designed as a moment of conviviality and elegance.

Hi, I’m Léa – the founder of Say Cheese & Wine.
Originally from France and now based in Copenhagen, I created Say Cheese & Wine to share my passion for French wine, artisan cheese, and the joy of gathering around a table.
What started as a love for Rhône wines and beautiful cheese boards turned into curated tasting experiences designed to be both educational and fun. I believe wine should never feel intimidating — it should spark curiosity, conversation, and connection.
I carefully select wines from small French producers and pair them with thoughtfully chosen cheeses to create balanced, surprising, and memorable tastings.
Whether it’s a corporate event, an afterwork gathering, or a private celebration, my goal is simple:
to make wine and cheese approachable, playful, and delicious.
