Mission & Values
About me
I was born and raised in France, in the Rhône region, where wine, food, and local traditions are simply part of everyday life. I grew up in a tiny mountain village of around 50 people, surrounded by cows, sheep, vineyards, and passionate producers who lived closely with nature.
My family has always been deeply connected to local food and organic products. Wine and cheese were never just things we consumed — they were moments we shared. My love for cheese comes from my mother, my love for wine from my father, and together they shaped the way I experience food today.
As a child, I attended farm classes to learn how animals are raised and how cheese is made. I spent summers working in the countryside, running through vineyards and helping during harvest periods. Even then, I learned that behind every bottle or cheese there is a story, a passion, and people who truly care about what they create.
My Philosophy
I work only with producers I personally know – people I have visited, whose wines I have tasted, and whose passion I trust.
I focus on small independent wineries, sustainable approaches, and wines with personality. Because wine is not just a product – it’s people, stories, and craftsmanship.

My tastings are relaxed, welcoming, and made for everyone — no wine expertise required.
Expect guided pairings, stories behind the products, simple explanations, and a warm atmosphere where questions are always welcome. The goal is simple: to help you discover what you enjoy while having a great time.
